For BPOs
Run high-volume customer calls on infrastructure you can see and control.
Connect your existing contact-centre system to Nigerian phone networks with SIP, familiar mobile numbers, transparent call records and usage visibility.
Signals is the telephony layer beneath your agents and contact-centre software.

Signals does not replace the BPO stack
Keep your dialler, workforce tools and agent experience.
Signals is not a dialler, a workforce-management product or an agent desktop. Those systems stay exactly where they are.
What changes is the layer underneath them: how calls reach Nigerian phone networks, which numbers they come from, and how clearly the resulting traffic can be seen.
Your operation owns
- Dialler and campaign management.
- Workforce management and scheduling.
- Agent desktop and scripting.
- Quality management and client reporting.
Signals provides
- Managed SIP connectivity to Nigerian networks.
- Nigerian mobile numbers in one account.
- Call records and recordings where enabled.
- Usage and real-time network-performance visibility.
What production operations need
The infrastructure requirements behind a live floor.
Familiar mobile numbers
Call from Nigerian mobile numbers customers recognise, rather than sending agents back to personal lines.
SIP connectivity
Connect the dialler or contact-centre system you already run to Nigerian phone networks over managed SIP.
Numbers allocated by client or workload
Purchase numbers in one account and decide which number is used for which client or campaign.
Recordings and call history
Retain recordings where enabled and review call history for quality and dispute handling.
Usage and billing visibility
See usage and billing for the traffic running in your Signals account.
Quality-managed network access
Signals monitors customer access and prohibited traffic to protect number reputation and network quality.
High-volume outbound workloads
Lawful, controlled calling at operational scale.
- Lawful debt collection and repayment reminders.
- Customer servicing and follow-up calls.
- Delivery and appointment confirmation.
- Inbound support and callback flows.
Prohibited use
Harassment, fraudulent collections and unsolicited bulk voice advertising are prohibited on Signals. Caller-ID spoofing and international revenue-share fraud are also prohibited.
Read the acceptable use policy →Number and workload control
Separate clients and workloads without sending agents back to personal lines.
Calls run on Nigerian mobile numbers the business owns, so the number, the record and the customer relationship stay with the operation rather than the handset of whoever placed the call.
Numbers supplied by different Nigerian providers can be held in one Signals account, and you choose which owned number is used as the originating number for a given workload.
Call records remain central and reviewable.

Operating visibility
See what the floor is actually running on.
Call logs show the direction, state and outcome recorded for each call. Recordings are available where enabled, and usage is visible alongside the numbers in the account.
Network performance is visible in real time while workloads are running.

Onboarding and scale
Start with a controlled workload, then expand.
- 01Technical discovery on the use case, expected call volume and SIP architecture.
- 02Complete the account and KYC requirements.
- 03Signals provisions the SIP trunk, credentials, numbers and routing.
- 04Your team configures inbound and outbound call paths from your contact-centre system.
- 05Joint testing, then an initial production workload.
- 06Expand to further clients, campaigns and numbers.
SIP Access is provisioned by Signals and configured by your technical team. A technical discovery call is the normal first step: it covers SIP architecture, client separation and expected volumes before the first production workload.
Standard provisioning carries no additional fee. Subscribing to the Business plan does not automatically activate a SIP trunk.
Optional assisted implementation, where Signals helps configure, migrate or integrate your own environment, requires either a contractual ₦500,000 monthly call-usage commitment or a ₦1.5 million one-time fee.
Next step
Move a production calling workload to Signals.
The first step is a technical discovery call to review your contact-centre architecture, numbering and expected call volume with our engineers before any provisioning begins.
