SIP Access is a managed infrastructure service. The sequence above is deliberately high level: specific endpoint, authentication and network details are provisioned and confirmed by Signals for your platform rather than assumed from a generic template.
If your platform also needs programmable call control, Programmable Voice and OneML can run alongside SIP Access on the same account.

Signals is operated by the team already running voice traffic in Nigeria.
Customers purchase numbers from Nigerian providers and choose the originating number. Signals does not claim automatic carrier failover or dynamic route selection.
Delivery model
Provisioned by Signals. Configured by your technical team.
Standard provisioning
Standard provisioning is the normal service and carries no additional fee. Signals reviews your architecture and workload, sets up the trunk, issues credentials, routes your numbers, supports testing and activates production traffic.
Your technical team configures your own contact-centre platform, PBX, dialler or voice application. A PressOne Business subscription may be required commercially, but subscribing does not automatically provision or activate SIP Access.
Assisted implementation
Assisted implementation is optional and goes further: Signals helps configure, migrate or integrate your own environment.
It requires either a contractual ₦500,000 monthly call-usage commitment or a ₦1.5 million one-time fee. Technical discovery and qualification remain the normal path for every SIP Access deployment.
