Acceptable use
Signals is shared infrastructure. Traffic that erodes trust in the phone call degrades the channel for every customer on the platform, so we are explicit about what may and may not ride on it.
What you get

Lawful use.
Traffic must comply with Nigerian law and applicable regulation, and accounts are responsible for the purpose of the calls they place.

Lawful content.
Accounts are responsible for the content of calls, including recordings and any automated speech.

Verified identity.
Programmatic access requires full KYC, and numbers must be used by the account that holds them.
Not permitted
- Caller-ID spoofing.
- Harassment.
- Fraudulent collections.
- Unsolicited bulk voice advertising.
- International revenue-share fraud.
- Any use that materially degrades network quality for other Signals customers.
