Trust
Capacity, resilience and operational visibility for production voice.
Current platform capacity is 5 million calls per day, backed by a 99.99% enterprise SLA, Nigeria-hosted primary and disaster-recovery infrastructure, and tested failover.
Capacity and resilience
Provisioned to workload
Capacity figure is current platform capacity, not current traffic.
Capacity
Provisioned capacity, not current traffic.
Current platform capacity is 5 million calls per day. This is the capacity the platform is provisioned to carry, not a statement of calls placed. Enterprise capacity is sized to your expected traffic during technical discovery, in the same way SIP channel capacity is.
Signals is connected across six telco networks. Reach across those networks is not the same as automatic carrier failover: customers purchase numbers from multiple Nigerian providers and choose the originating number for each workload.

Resilience
Continuity is designed, tested and documented.
Local primary and DR
Primary infrastructure and geographically separated disaster-recovery copies are hosted in Nigeria.
Tested failover
Failover between sites is tested rather than assumed.
Documented RTO and RPO
Recovery time and recovery point objectives are documented and confirmed contractually.
Backups
Primary backups are held in Nigeria alongside the disaster-recovery copies.
Availability
Enterprise agreements carry a 99.99% enterprise SLA.

Real-time network performance
Live visibility of network performance across the connected telco networks, available in the dashboard.
Transparent call logs
Call logs and call detail records for every call, so operations and finance teams work from the same record.
Completed-call events
Signals Omni delivers call-completed webhooks and call data to the systems your teams already use.
Support and escalation
How incidents are handled.
- Standard support hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. WAT.
- Enterprise escalation arrangements, including named contacts and escalation paths, are defined contractually.
- Incident communication procedures are documented and shared as part of the enterprise assurance pack.
- Enterprise agreements carry a 99.99% enterprise SLA.
- A documented breach-management and notification process is in place, with notification obligations confirmed contractually.
